• Developing the organizational structure of the job and job description of the relevant functions, organizing and arranging the final provision of the necessary principal and peripheral services.
  • Recruitment new work force, provision of guidance and support in line with the appropriate deployment of this structure,
  • Determining the extent of duties and responsibilities, and authorities of key positions, containing command and report lines, guidance and control and relations among key supervisors of different departments
  • Developing the detailed project plan, checking and amending the detailed action plan.

  • Controlling the cost of the project and relevant contracts, and submission of periodical reports thereon.
  • Archiving documents of the projects, including how to classify documents, how to number them, and how to keep them.
  • Planning the follow-up of the obligations, holding meetings for coordination of the project activities, and the agents involved on a regular and continuous basis, and follow-up of the decisions.
  • Timely information communication for employer’s decision making with respect to contingent changes in costs and time of the project,
  • Making sure about the existence of a project control and management organization in the workshop in terms of necessary hardware and software, and that the systems need is mechanized
  • Creating coordination in constructional operations, installation of the metallic skeleton, installation of the equipment and starting them up.
  • Management of the time schedule of the project on the basis of the contractual activities, by the people in charge according to the job division list at the planned time.
