Given the increasing growth in operating new and renewable sources of energy, and benefits involved in them in lowered environmental pollutions as a good alternative to fossil fuels, increased energy security, and in the larger scale, green investment towards a green economy, lowered environmental risks in the steel industry and increased job opportunities, Mobarakeh Steel Engineering Company has established a New Energies Department and has conducted extensive studies in this respect in collaboration with pioneering companies in these areas.

Main activities of this department are as follows:

• Evaluating the site, identification and provision of the resources
• Designing and Revising the designs
• Studying the environmental effects and evaluating risks

Technical inspection while manufacturing of the facilities used in the power plants that generate new and renewable energies and performing inspection on their operation and monitoring them.
