- Preparation of tendering documents, enquiring, choosing the right contractors and setting contracts
- Investigating contractors and cooperation in choosing the qualified contractors for inviting them to participate in the tenders/enquiries
- Cooperation with the employer in making equipment and services purchase contracts.
- Preparation of the vendor list.
- Participation in different commissions related to tendering
- Preparing reports on tendering progress and number of participants and offers when needed
- Participation in the meetings for opening proposal envelops
- Cooperation with the technical and commercial committee in the assessment of technical and commercial proposals, and delivering necessary due diligence,
- Collaboration with the employer in negotiating with the winning contractor (if required)
- Preparation of annexes of contracts under the supervision of the employer
