• Preparation of tendering documents, enquiring, choosing the right contractors and setting contracts
  • Investigating contractors and cooperation in choosing the qualified contractors for inviting them to participate in the tenders/enquiries
  • Cooperation with the employer in making equipment and services purchase contracts.
  • Preparation of the vendor list.
  • Participation in different commissions related to tendering
  • Preparing reports on tendering progress and number of participants and offers when needed
  • Participation in the meetings for opening proposal envelops
  • Cooperation with the technical and commercial committee in the assessment of technical and commercial proposals, and delivering necessary due diligence,
  • Collaboration with the employer in negotiating with the winning contractor (if required)
  • Preparation of annexes of contracts under the supervision of the employer
